Some basic specifications for this RC Airplane - A moderate face-lift in the form of a larger fuselage with enhanced styling and much more room inside this airplane are the most obvious improvements. The wings and tails are the same with minor internal structural changes including adaptation of the BobCat landing gear. The ground stance and tail clearance have been enhanced with slightly longer struts fitted with 3” main tires. Builders will appreciate the Super BANDIT’s ease of assembly. The inlet cowls are now integral to the fuselage molding saving lots of time. Power the balsa wing and tail version with a 12-18lb thrust turbine and you’ll have a very economical and perfectly aerobatic sport jet - a gentle, great flying model. Install a 20+lb thrust turbine and you will have a rocketship. The composite Bandit airframe has proven that it can handle any reasonable level of performance you desire, and, the Super BANDIT is even stronger. Of course, it is Jet Case transportable. More about this project you can read on the original webpage written by Bob Viollet.
